Here are the 22 producers pouring at the Method Oregon Grand Tasting, in alphabetical order.

Adelsheim Vineyard: Founded in 1971 as the first winery in the Chehalem Mountains, Adelsheim began with the optimistic spirit and a lofty dream of creating world-class wines in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. They are steadfast stewards of the land and community in support of equity and education.

Arabilis Wines: Founded by PhD scientists turned winemakers Allison and Kenny McMahon, Arabilis is dedicated to crafting precise, expressive traditional method sparkling wines from distinctive vineyards in the Willamette Valley and Columbia Gorge. Based in the Eola-Amity Hills, they combine traditional techniques with specialized equipment for bottling and disgorging, producing wines that are grounded in science and shaped by place.

Argyle Winery: Beginning life as the Dundee Wine Company in 1987 with founders Brian Croser and Cal Knudsen, Argyle achieved international recognition for its sparkling wines with Rollin Soles as its original winemaker. Continuing in the stylistic tradition for decades, Argyle has been recognized for making graceful and complex sparkling wines, along with vibrant and impeccably balanced pinot noirs, chardonnay, and riesling.

Corollary Wines: Sparkling-only producer Corollary Wines is 100% dedicated to exploring the terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley and its expression in traditional method sparkling wine. In 2022, owners Jeanne Feldkamp and Dan Diephouse acquired 57 acres of land in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA, where they planted an estate vineyard designed for sparkling from the ground up and opened a distinctive, design-forward modern tasting room. Corollary currently produces about 2,500 cases annually.

Domaine Serene: In 1989, Grace and Ken Evenstad settled in the Willamette Valley with a deep appreciation for the wines of Burgundy and a faith in Oregon before there was a national market for domestic pinot noir. Soon after arriving in the valley, the Evenstads invested in a 42-acre hilltop estate in the Dundee Hills, effectively creating Oregon’s luxury wine industry, producing exceptional pinot noir, chardonnay, and sparkling wine using the méthode traditionnelle.

Domaine Willamette: Founded in 2022 by Jim and Jan Bernau, Domaine Willamette produces world-class traditional method sparkling wines with an underground aging cellar at Bernau Estate Vineyard, the winery’s home in the Dundee Hills. The vineyard features 20 acres of biodynamically farmed and Demeter-certified pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay.

Elk Cove: First planted in 1974 by Pat and Joe Campbell, Elk Cove was the first vineyard and winery in what is now the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Owner and winemaker Adam Campbell is a 5th-generation Oregon farmer and 2nd-generation Oregon winemaker, and Elk Cove are members of 1% For The Planet, donating 1% of revenues to environmental causes.

Flâneur Wines: Established in 2013 by owner Marty Doerschalg, Flâneur crafts wines from their dry-farmed estate vineyards in the Willamette Valley, La Belle Promenade and Flânerie Vineyards. Winemaker Anthony Sereni embraces a terroir-driven approach, using native fermentations, minimal fining and filtration, and a diverse oak program to craft expressive wines that inspire conversation and contemplation. Embodying the philosophy of the Flâneur, their hospitality program invites guests to slow down and master the art of living through its curated tasting experiences housed in their restored Grain Elevator Tasting Room located downtown Carlton, Oregon.

Goodfellow Family Cellars: Founded in 2002, Goodfellow released its first sparkling wine two decades later in 2024. Producing approximately 4,000 cases annually, Goodfellow focuses on old vines planted in unique and beautiful sites, conscientious farming, and techniques of tradition in the cellar. All wines are produced from sustainably farmed, non-irrigated vineyards, with individual and hands-on attention to process.

Gran Moraine: Winemaker Shane Moore’s viticulture and winemaking choices shine a light on the monologue of the Gran Moraine Vineyard, lifting its voice and vibrant energy through a signature style of elegance and restraint, with a fresh through-line of acidity. A style—in many ways antithetical to the natural tendencies of the Yamhill-Carlton sub-AVA—that has established the winery as not only a Pinot Noir, but a Chardonnay and sparkling wine leader in the Willamette Valley.

Lundeen Wines: Third-generation Oregonian Michael Lundeen found his calling to make fine wine returning to his family’s Yamhill County farm, building on the work of his father and grandfather. Said Clive Pursehouse, “If you have questions about how serious Michael Lundeen is when it comes to his sparkling program, the label will make it all very clear. An Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs that is 12 years old and spent 10 years en tirage. It’s a dazzling wine with candied lemon peel aromatics that meld with notes of almond cream, toasted brioche, honeysuckle and bruised apples. It’s an honour to have tasted this wine.”

Lytle-Barnett: Founder Andy Lytle believes good sparkling wine comes from a fortuitous blend of natural forces and human intervention, and he’s watched Oregon’s Willamette Valley mature into a region capable of producing more than just world-class pinot noir. In 2013, with new varietals emerging and coming into their own, he saw that the timing was perfect to create exceptional high-quality local bubbles using the exact specifications of vintage French Champagne.

Maison Jussiaume:  Winemaker Jean-Michel Jussiaume inherited his passion for winemaking on his family’s estate in the Loire Valley of France, and Maison Jussiaume offers exclusively Méthode Traditionnelle handcrafted sparkling wine. Each limited release reflects a precise attention to detail and a rigorous hands-on approach to all aspects of production, and the southern Oregon chardonnay and pinot noir fruit are sourced specifically for their balance characteristics.  The goal: “Les Vins de Maison Jussiaume se définissent par leur fraîcheur, élégance et finesse!” (In other words: Freshness, elegance, and finesse in every bottle.)

Mellen Meyer: In 2013, Bobby Rowett started Mellen Meyer to engage the phenomenology of wine as a sparkling winemaker by working with the world’s most expressive grape varieties: riesling, pinot noir, and chardonnay.  Working exclusively with dry farmed vineyards and native fermentations, Mellen Meyer strives to create the best wines possible regardless of cost and is one of a very small number of sparkling-only houses in the state.

Pashey Wines: Named for Pashey Chapman Nugent, grandmother to artist and Trisaetum founder and winemaker James Frey, Pashey sparkling wines are handcrafted using dry farmed fruit from three estate vineyards and low-intervention winemaking techniques. The wines remain on tirage for a minimum of three years and are produced at the Trisaetum winery in the Ribbon Ridge AVA.

Ponzi Vineyards: Founders Dick and Nancy Ponzi planted their first vines in 1968. A little over 50 years later, in the spring of 2021, famed sparkling house Groupe Bollinger acquired Ponzi Vineyards—the family-owned company’s first property outside France—which brought new life and opportunity to the winery. Ponzi Vineyards continues to elevate the brand and winemaking, and their low-intervention, natural approach to winemaking and viticulture, along with consistent high-level acclaim and accolades, have kept the brand as a vanguard Oregon producer.

ROCO Winery: Rollin Soles and Corby Stonebraker-Soles came to Oregon in the 1980s and joined the leading edge of a movement. 35 years later, ROCO has earned hundreds of 90+ scores from leading industry critics, repeated placement in Wine Spectator’s Top 100 Wines of the World, and multiple bottlings served in the White House. In 2024, ROCO’s 2013 RMS Brut 10-Year DD was named #1 wine of the year on ‘The Enthusiast 100’ list by Wine Enthusiast, a first-of-its-kind honor for any Oregon winery.

R Stuart & Co.: Located in the heart of McMinnville, Oregon, R. Stuart & Co. was founded in 2001. Rob Stuart is a Pacific Northwest veteran winemaker with over 40 vintages of experience; both his personality and winemaking style are warm and accessible, hoping to welcome all levels of wine enthusiasts. Sparkling wine is Rob’s first true love, followed by Pinot noir. R. Stuart sources fruit from vineyards within 30 miles of McMinnville, and Rob’s portfolio of wines are crafted with utmost respect to the fruit and terroir of which they are from, and to those who steward the land.

Sokol Blosser: Since planting their first vines in 1971, Sokol Blosser’s wines have been produced sustainably, mindful of the environment, and expressive of the distinctive flavors of their Dundee Hills vineyards. Sokol Blosser wines reflect a true sense of place, with wines made from fruit grown in our organic vineyards, and crafted sustainably under the direction of Alex Sokol Blosser, president and second-generation winegrower.

Soter Vineyards: Tony and Michelle Soter founded Soter Vineyards in 1997 on an unwavering commitment to their ideals in farming and craftsmanship. Whether savoring estate pinot noirs, complex chardonnays, or beloved sparkling wines, quality is always paramount. Soter wines, food, and hospitality capture the spirit of place and purpose, offering tasting experiences that educate, inspire, and nourish.

Stoller: The Stoller family established their property in 1943 and the vineyard 50 years later. Over the past 30 years, the family has thoughtfully transformed the 400-acre estate into the largest contiguous vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills. Guided by the vision of founder Bill Stoller, the winery became the first in the world to earn LEED Gold certification—an achievement that underscores its deep commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Today, Stoller remains a proud family-owned Certified B Corporation that consistently ranks on USA Today’s 10Best Tasting Rooms list.

Winderlea Vineyard and Winery: Winderlea is a boutique winery specializing in the limited production of Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Sparkling wine.  Established in 2005 with the purchase of the original Dundee Hills Vineyard, a 20 acre estate vineyard planted between 1974 and 1976.  Biodynamic® farming practices were established in 2009 and Demeter Biodynamic® certification was earned in 2015 for the Winderlea Vineyard and in 2021 for the 24 acres farmed on the Worden Hill Vineyard.  In April of 2015 Winderlea announced it became the 4th winery globally to have achieved B Corp certification.
