This epic event will feature 15 Michigan Wine Collaborative members pouring wines for Michigan wine consumers attending the Eastern Market Sunday Market as well as members of the trade. The market is free to enter and tokens will be available for purchase in order to sample wines throughout the tasting portion of the market. The wines available will include a wide variety from across the state with representation from each AVA and region which will offer a broad range of styles, terroirs, and personalities. This event is another step forward towards expanding Michigan Wine Country east and establishing a larger footprint for Michigan wine in the Metro Detroit area.
Accompanying the Taste Michigan Invades the Eastern Market event will be another installment of Taste Michigan Invades the D where Michigan wineries will be partnering with restaurants and retailers in the Detroit area. This will be an epic takeover of Michigan wine in the Motor City. Buckle up.
