Bernardus Winery Donates 2025 Fundraising Proceeds to World Central Kitchen

CARMEL VALLEY, Calif. – May 21, 2025 – Bernardus Winery proudly announced the resounding success of its recent fundraising campaign dedicated to supporting World Central Kitchen, the esteemed non-profit organization renowned for its tireless work in providing nourishing meals to communities affected by humanitarian disasters, climate change impacts, and various community crises around the globe.

Beginning in February 2025 and in response to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles early this year, Bernardus Winery embarked on a series of heartfelt fundraising initiatives, anchored by a highly successful fundraiser held at its Carmel Valley tasting room on Saturday, March 22, 2025. This dedicated event, coupled with other generous contributions and activities throughout the campaign, resulted in the collection of over $8,200, all of which will be directly channeled to aid World Central Kitchen in its crucial and ongoing mission to alleviate hunger and provide support to those in need during times of crisis.

Jeff Meier, President of Bernardus Winery, shared the outcome of the fundraising efforts and admiration for the vital work of World Central Kitchen. He stated, “We are constantly inspired by the work World Central Kitchen does locally and abroad. This year, the entire Bernardus community came together to show its support and generate funds for this tremendous organization.”
