Updates include an expanded curriculum featuring seminars, workshops, and targeted networking opportunities that will help mentees refine their career goals and forge meaningful connections within the industry. Additionally, the mentor roster refresh will continue to build a dynamic and diverse community of professionals across seven core Industry Areas of Focus (IAFs): Viticulture, Cellar/Production, Marketing & Communications, Sales & Distribution, Retail, Hospitality, and Wine Business.
By sharing their expertise, mentors directly influence the careers of emerging talent while expanding their own professional networks and forging connections with the next generation of
industry leaders. Through their guidance, mentors inspire mentees to reach new heights in their careers, helping them carve out their own paths to success.
