This partnership will bring André Delorme’s collection of Crémant sparkling wines to a broader audience.
Owned by the Piffaut family and founded in 1942, André Delorme is an intimate and historic Maison located in Rully, the birthplace of sparkling wines in Burgundy. It has established itself as the Grands Crémant de Bourgogne specialist and is renowned for its commitment to producing world-class Crémant wines. The brand has earned critical acclaim for its elegance, complexity, and quality, making it a sought-after choice among wine connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
Terlato Wine Group, known for its expertise in representing premium wine brands, will leverage its extensive network and marketing capabilities to introduce André Delorme’s signature Crémant to new markets while enhancing André Delorme’s visibility and reach. The partnership reflects Terlato’s ongoing dedication to offering customers top-tier wines from some of the most renowned wine-producing regions in the world.

The Piffaut family’s story dates to 1820, when Charles Ninot founded a winery in Burgundy. Since then, generations of the family have been involved in the wine business. Fifth-generation Eric Piffaut took the reins and became one of the region’s largest vineyard holders. Today, the group is managed by Aurélien Piffaut.

Both the Terlato and Piffaut families are bullish on the US market opportunity for André Delorme Crémant as Burgundian Sparkling wines have been showing tremendous growth and were up+26% in Nielsen XAOC + Liq Open State (52 weeks Ending 12/28/2024).
