La Colonna at Hotel Le Fontanelle will introduce an exquisite new menu featuring timeless Italian classics, while The Club House will elevate the regional dining proposal with a fully Tuscan menu at Osteria Il Tuscanico and a refined gourmet selection at the Michelin-starred Il Visibilio. This season also heralds the introduction of engaging Cooking Classes, a distinctive Wine & Wellness experience, and an exclusive private dining in an elegant setting perfect for intimate gatherings.

March 10, 2025 (Castelnuovo Berardenga, Tuscany)The Club House 5*L will officially reopen its doors on April 10, with Hotel Le Fontanelle 5* following suit on April 16. Both properties, owned by the Bolfo family and part of the esteemed Fontanelle Estate brand alongside the renowned Vallepicciola winery, continue to enhance Chianti Classico’s reputation as a premier luxury wine tourism destination. The upcoming season will showcase a renewed culinary focus across both hotels. Guests dining at La Colonna restaurant at Hotel Le Fontanelle will enjoy a menu of classic Italian fare, while The Club House will provide an authentic 100% Tuscan dining experience at Osteria Il Tuscanico, complemented by the continued excellence of fine dining at the Michelin-starred Il Visibilio. New for 2025 are the Cooking Classes, tailored for those wishing to delve into the art of Tuscan cuisine, as well as the Wine & Wellness package, which harmoniously combines wellness practices with experiences at the Vallepicciola winery—a sprawling 275-hectare estate featuring 107 hectares dedicated to Sangiovese for Chianti Classico DOCG production, along with six international grape varieties. Furthermore, guests can indulge in a private dining experience for up to 12 people, allowing for personalized service and an exclusive culinary journey.
