Hotel San Luis Obispo Hosts 4th Annual Rosé the SLO Way Wine Festival & Fundraiser

Central Coast’s Ultimate Pink Party Showcases the Acclaimed Wine Region’s Premier Rosés, April 13, 2025

March 10, 2025 (San Luis Obispo, CA) —  Hotel San Luis Obispo will host the fourth  annual Rosé the SLO Way, a premier wine festival and fundraiser celebrating the Central Coast’s renowned Rosé wines, on Sunday, April 13 from 1- 4 PM in the hotel’s Garden Courtyard.

The signature event invites guests to sip Rosés from top boutique Central Coast wineries, meet the winemakers, and enjoy expertly curated food pairings by Executive Chef Ryan Fancher and his team. The hotel’s Michelin-recognized modern steakhouse, Ox + Anchor, and Cal-Italian eatery, Piadina, will serve specialty dishes alongside bites from guest chefs, including the acclaimed Dustin Valette of Sonoma Wine Country and Brian Collins of San Luis Obispo. Local purveyors such as Morro Bay Oyster Co., Tsar Nicoulai Caviar, and Sichuan Kitchen SLO will also return, with sweet treats from favorites Breda and Harmony Valley Creamery rounding out the culinary experience.

Hosted by emcee Adam Monteil, the event will feature live music from the Chromatic Cats, a fashion marketplace with Avanti, Summerland Co., Infinity Metals SLO, Tails San Luis Obispo and Blinged Out Locks, and a puppy and kitten cuddle corner courtesy of Woods Humane Society. Guests can participate in a Wine Wall, a Benefit Drawing with exciting prizes, and enjoy on-demand poetry by typewriter poet Devin Copeland Miller. Attendees are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the event by wearing pink or spring-inspired attire for a chance to win “Best Dressed,” while toasting the season’s finest Rosés.
