V Foundation for Cancer Research Sonoma Epicurean Event Offers Preview of Exclusive Auction Lots

March 4, 2025 (Napa, CA) — The V Foundation for Cancer Research will showcase 20 custom auction lots at the 4th annual V Foundation for Cancer Research Sonoma Epicurean Gala & Auction on Saturday, March 29. 100% of event proceeds directly benefit game-changing cancer research through the V Foundation. Hosted at the Montage Healdsburg, the gala will feature wines from Three Sticks, Bricoleur, Lynmar Estate, Knights Bridge, Weather Wines and Skipstone, paired with an epic feast from Montage Executive Chef Jason Pringle. 

Named the “Best Fundraiser Weekend” by San Francisco Magazine’s “Best of the Bay,” Sonoma Epicurean is a signature event series focused on lifestyle and sustainability that features hands-on, curated experiences with noted chefs, local artisans, and Sonoma County’s top vintners. In its first three years, Sonoma Epicurean has raised $10 million for lifesaving cancer research.

The Best of Sports at the ESPYS with Weather Wines

Four guests will head to SoCal July 13-16 and enjoy the ESPYS Celebrity Golf Classic at the luxurious Westlake Village Inn for two nights with two spa treatments, starting with the Celebrity Pairings & Poker Tournament. The next day, two lucky golfers will play in the ESPYS Celebrity Golf Classic at the ultra-exclusive Sherwood Country Club followed by a 19th Hole Awards Reception. Then, head to Hollywood for two nights to kick off a red-carpet experience as VIP guests at the ESPY Awards and after-party! Women in Sports Meets Women in Wine 

The journey begins July 18 and 19 in Indianapolis for the WNBA All-Star Weekend.  Two guests will stay for three nights, enjoying tickets to both the Friday Three-Point Shoot-Off and Saturday WNBA All-Star Game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home of the Indiana Fever. This is a chance to see Caitlin Clark in action on her home turf and make history during her first appearance at the WNBA Three-Point Shoot-Off!   Then, head to Sonoma County where 16 guests will come together with women all-stars in sports and wine at Garden Creek Vineyards to enjoy wines from Garden Creek Vineyards, Mascarin Family Winery, Lambert Bridge Winery, and Three Stick Wines. This exclusive dinner features a very special guest – basketball legend and former Stanford Women’s Basketball Head Coach, Tara VanDerveer! Retired as the winningest coach in all of NCAA basketball, VanDerveer’s legacy spans both college and international play. The evening begins with a private tour of Garden Creek’s sustainably farmed vineyards, led by proprietors Karin and Justin Warnelius-Miller, followed by dinner prepared by Sonoma County Celebrity Chef, Duskie Estes, paired with the evening’s wines. Erin Gore, Founder & CEO of Garden Society and Sonoma Epicurean Committee Member, will gift every couple a Garden Society gift box from her Sonoma County based cannabis company. 

Say Aloha with Exclusive Resorts and Three Sticks Wines 

Aloha, paradise – for six people! Discover hidden red and black sand beaches, hike through valleys, sip Mai Tais by sunset, and dive into underwater worlds.
