In addition, Hans Walter-Peterson from Cornell Cooperative Extension in New York has been appointed as the new technical program director, following Past President Jim Harbertson of Washington State University, Tri-Cities, who served for nine years as the technical program director.

“A big part of ASEV’s success is the people, those who come through our doors to serve others. I want to thank our outgoing directors Hope Goldie from Darioush and Yun Zhang from Ste. Michelle Wine Estates for volunteering their time and expertise. I also want to acknowledge Jim Harbertson who dedicated over a decade to championing the rigorous scientific standards for ASEV.
