Healdsburg, CA, March 20, 2024— Registration is now open for Wine Industry Network’s (WIN) second session of the 2024 Bold Predictions: Wine Industry Leadership Conference Series. These virtual sessions will broadcast on April 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m – 11:30 a.m. Registration is free for wine industry professionals.

Seemingly, each year brings new laws and regulations that impact the wine industry and present a maze of new compliance issues and regulations. These sessions will feature industry experts addressing four areas where new regulations will impact vineyard and winery operations.

Representatives from the Wine Institute, Noelle Cremers and Tim Schmelzer, will present on the new Vineyard and Winery Order which affects growers in Northern California along with the new Bottle Bill impacting the entire state.

The Personnel Perspective HR Consultant, Trish Griffus, will discuss the most pertinent of the newest employment regulations and John Trinidad, Managing Partner at DPF Law, will illuminate key aspects of trade practice restrictions, providing invaluable insights to help industry members steer clear of potential pitfalls.

“Despite the fact that the wine industry is already one of the most regulated ones in the country, each year there are new rules and regulations that we are required to adhere to. That begins with having a firm grasp on what it is that we’re required to do or be aware of and this session is designed to do just that,” states George Christie, President of Wine Industry Network.

The remaining 2024 Bold Predictions series will be broadcasted on April 10th and July 31st, 2024. Registration is free for wine industry professionals; visit wineindustryadvisor.com/boldpredictions to register and watch session one which was broadcasted on January 17th.
