Talisman Wine in Glen Ellen, CA is very excited to welcome Rob Lorenz to our team as the new Director of Direct-to-Consumer Sales & Marketing! “Rob comes to us with an impressively wide range of winery hospitality management experience spanning more than 25 years,” said Owner Marta Rich. “We feel his tenure in the wine industry and the breadth of wineries he’s worked for make him the ideal candidate for our small winery, as we look to grow our direct-to-consumer reach.”
Rob brings a wealth of experience to the role, having driven growth in all DTC channels at many different wine companies in both Sonoma and Napa counties. He will spearhead the effort to lead Talisman forward in leveraging not just the tasting room and wine club, but in maximizing all direct-to-consumer channels, especially on the digital side.
In addition to his tremendous accomplishments in both small and large wine companies alike, he has been a wine instructor/trainer/educator for classes with WISE Academy, (Wine Industry Sales Education) since 2009. WISE is an important and well respected organization based in Napa that offers a multitude of sales training seminars for our industry.
