July 31, 2023 – It is with great pleasure that Kale Wines announces and welcomes Brian Kelleher to their team as General Manager. Kelleher is a veteran wine executive, who has previously worked at Elizabeth Spencer Winery in Rutherford, California as General Manager and Pahlmeyer, LLC in Napa, California as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. “Brian’s sales and management experience will be a great asset for Kale Wines. We feel so fortunate to have him on our growing team,” said founding partner Kale Anderson.
Kelleher is joining Kale Wines at an exciting time, as their partnership with the Eppright family is ushering in a new period of growth for the company. In his new role, Kelleher will be focused on developing sales and marketing as well as strengthening the organizational structure of the company.
Prior to his time at Pahlmeyer, Kelleher was National Sales Manager for Pietra Santa Winery, followed by a stint with Wine Creek Cellars (later the V2 Wine Group), where he managed national sales for Torbreck Vineyards and Winery, Quivira Winery and La Follette Wines. Kelleher also worked for Vincor in the Pacific Northwest as Regional Manager, prior to Constellation’s acquisition in 2006.
Kelleher, his wife and two daughters live in Santa Rosa, California. He is a culinary devotee (especially BBQ) and fanatic of all things related to his home state of Massachusetts. He spent considerable time in his earlier years at Fenway Park and the Boston Garden. Today in his rare spare time, he coaches girls’ softball.
