Bacchus Landing Announces Fall 2021 Events

Healdsburg Collective of Winery Tasting Rooms Will Host Labor Day Celebration, Food Truck Fridays, Live Music in the Piazza and More This Fall

Healdsburg, Calif., September 1, 2021 — Bacchus Landing, the Healdsburg-based curated collective of winery tasting rooms, is pleased to announce it will begin hosting a wide variety of outdoor community events this fall. Located less than one mile from the bustling Healdsburg Plaza, Bacchus Landing is the premier destination to enjoy all that Sonoma County has to offer, from a diverse range of world-class wines to food, art, and entertainment.

Events taking place at Bacchus Landing this fall include:

  • Labor Day Live Music & Pizza: On Sunday, September 5, Bacchus Landing will kick off fall events with a Labor Day celebration. From 12 p.m. – 4 p.m., guests will enjoy live music from Bay Area musician and former American Idol contestant Lou Evans, fresh wood-fired pizza from Wine Country Artisans Catering, lawn games, and of course, wine! This event is open to the public and free to attend.
  • Food Truck Fridays: To highlight the bounty of Sonoma County cuisine, Bacchus Landing is pleased to partner with a variety of local food trucks every Friday from 4 p.m. – 7p.m. starting September 10 through the end of the year. Food trucks will be located by “Frank’s Place” just outside the piazza walls where visitors can enjoy bocce ball courts, picnic tables, lawn games and more while sampling specially selected, wine-friendly bites from local food truck favorites such as Charro Negro on September 10, The Hot Box BBQ on September 17, and Camacho’s Southern Style BBQ on September 24. Food Truck Fridays are open to the public and free to attend.
  • Live Music in the Piazza – Beginning in October, Bacchus Landing looks forward to hosting a variety of musicians from Sonoma County and beyond for Live Music in the Piazza, which will take place on Saturday, October 2, November 6 and December 4. Live Music in the Piazza is open to the public and free to attend.
  • Holidays & Other Events: In addition to these ongoing event series, Bacchus Landing will welcome the community for special holidays and events throughout the year, including Grandparents Day on September 12, The Bacchus Bocce Bowl on October 17, Gallery Galore on October 23, and Halloween on October 31. Each event will include tasting specials or social media giveaways, and some will require tickets or entry fees.

During each event, Bacchus Landing tasting rooms will be fully open and available for tastings, by-the-glass offerings, and bottle sales for on or off premise consumption.

Since opening its doors in July 2021, Bacchus Landing has been eager to offer visitors the opportunity to supplement wine tasting with local food, art, and entertainment through safe, socially-distanced events. “From the beginning, we’ve wanted Bacchus Landing to be a place for guests to experience the exceptional quality of wines here in Sonoma County, but we also know this region has a lot to offer beyond wine,” says Monica Lopez, Co-Owner and General Manager of Bacchus Landing. “With the start of our fall events, we feel that Bacchus Landing becomes the premier destination to experience the best that Sonoma County has to offer in a relaxed, unrushed setting.”

Bacchus Landing offers a variety of settings to relax and enjoy the day with family and friends. In addition to the piazza, the destination features four single-winery tasting rooms, two of which are currently home to Montagne Russe Wines and AldenAlli, as well as one co-operative tasting room, which includes dedicated tasting stations for Aldina Vineyards, 13th & Third Wines and Dot Wine. “Frank’s Place,” located just outside the piazza walls, is an ideal location for families and larger groups that features bocce ball courts, picnic tables, lawn games, music, herb gardens and a variety of fruit trees. Guests can find artisanal bites and non-alcoholic beverages at The Market at Bacchus Landing.

Bacchus Landing is open every day from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and is located at 14210 Bacchus Landing Way, Healdsburg, CA 95448.
