Napa, CA (August 26, 2020) – The Napa Valley Grapegrowers (NVG) and Napa Valley Farmworker Foundation (FWF) announce that this year’s Harvest STOMP is here. Historically a great gathering of growers and wine aficionados in celebration of harvest, this year’s event is all-virtual and focuses on task at hand: the health and safety of our workforce, and continued advocacy for agriculture in this time of uncertainty.
The e-Auction features more than 50 unique Napa Valley experiences, farming essentials, and hard-to-get wines. Highlighted include: an extremely rare 1.5L of 1996 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon, donated by founder Jean Phillips; a priceless, one-on-one tasting with highly-acclaimed wine critic, Antonio Galloni; and an all-access experience to walk the vineyards and attend 2021 Harvest STOMP with 4 of the Napa Valley’s most recognizable grape growers – John and Michele Truchard, owners of FARM Napa Valley and John Anthony Vineyards, and Oscar and Denise Renteria, owners of Renteria Vineyard Management and Tres Perlas Wines.
The auction also includes a fund-a-need, which directly supports programs developed for our community during the COVID crisis and the recent fires.
To register, go to HarvestSTOMP.com or text ‘HarvestSTOMP’ to 76278.
The Harvest STOMP e-Auction closes Sunday, August 30 at 8pm.
