Santa Rosa, Calif. May 13, 2020 – The Nordby Companies, the North Bay’s leading construction services, cave building and signature homes organization, is pleased to announce Ted van der Linden has joined the team as preconstruction and client services director. In his new role, Ted will apply his vast background in preconstruction services to ensure successful construction project outcomes. Ted will work directly with the team and closely with clients to ensure project performance and superior results.
Ted brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the A/E/C industry. In his role with the Nordby Companies, he will be focused on building and maintaining trust with clients to ensure the success of the company’s construction projects. Prior to joining the Nordby Companies, Ted served as the principal of performance engineering at Integral Group and provided thought leadership in sustainability and preconstruction services for DPR Construction, resulting in a number of Zero Net Energy Certified Buildings under his guidance.
Based in Santa Rosa, Nordby has worked on numerous high-profile winery and cave projects, including Goldeneye Winery, Kenzo Estate Winery, Nine Suns, Checkerboard Vineyards, Sequoia Grove, Checkerboard Vineyards, Flowers Vineyards & Winery, Foley Johnson Winery and Krupp Brothers.
