Duckhorn Wine Company Buys Kosta Browne
Napa’s Duckhorn Wine Company announced this morning that it is purchasing Sonoma Pinot Noir powerhouse Kosta Browne Winery. Duckhorn will replace Kosta Browne’s current stakeholders, the investment fund J.W. Childs, as the sole owner.
