The renowned Apple Farm in Philo—in the heart of Anderson Valley—is showcasing the wines of Minus Tide for a special winemaker dinner. As part of The Apple Farm’s Saturday Supper dinner series, and inspired by the cooking of the late pioneer Sally Schmitt, who founded the famed French Laundry before founding The Apple Farm, the menu will feature classic recipes from Sally’s Six California Kitchens cookbook. The meal will be designed to pair with the acclaimed wines of Minus Tide, which has quickly become one of Mendocino’s most exciting new wineries. This memorable evening will be hosted by the Bates & Schmitt family and Winemaker Brad Jonas in the beautiful gardens of The Apple Farm.
