Highly-Anticipated Wine Sampling Affair will feature Top Libations from Renowned California Wine Growing Regions
Santa Barbara, CA (February 4, 2025) — California Wine Festival, a nationally-recognized event series returns this year with a new lineup of signature oceanfront tasting opportunities commemorating two decades of world-class wine discovery and all that makes the Golden State the idyllic destination for wine enthusiasts. Festivities this year will take place at four top coastal destinations: Dana Point, Santa Barbara, Carlsbad and Huntington Beach. Each festival pays homage to the vast offerings from winemaking regions across California paired with gourmet food selections from local dining purveyors, with live entertainment and expansive views of California’s natural beauty.

Each two-day affair commences with a Friday evening Sunset Rare & Reserve Tasting, an intimate and luxurious experience for dedicated wine lovers. Welcoming guests with a sparkling wine reception, the evening features samplings of hard-to-find and much lauded reserve wines, as well as offers tasting room exclusives and limited-production bottles hailing from vineyards across in Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Central Coast and more.
The second day will feature a Beachside Wine Festival, an interactive and educational way to sample wines, held that afternoon. The event aims to advance knowledge of food and wine through one-on-one conversations and tastings with culinary and wine representatives hailing from California’s most renowned wineries and local restaurants. Over hundreds of premium wines from California will be available for unlimited samples, as well as various craft beers and other libations produced across the state. At the event, wines can be enjoyed alongside small portions of artisanal cheeses and delectable bites from the area’s popular restaurants. Live music will provide the perfect soundtrack for the day, creating a calming atmosphere for attendees to experience all that the festival has to offer while taking in the picturesque scenery of top coastal California destinations and enjoying the Mediterranean-style weather.
In addition to the wine and culinary components, each festival aims to advance charitable organizations local to where each event is held. All of the events will feature a silent auction during the Sunset Rare & Reserve Tasting to benefit organizations including: Sandy Feet Initiative, Golden Rule Charity and Food Bank of Santa Barbara County.
