In addition, it allows instantaneous knowledge of the exact quantities of additions required, such as So2, fortification, chaptalization, wáter, and other liquid products during winemaking.
- Sensation map, a tasting tool that allows one to describe graphically and simply the olfactory and gustatory attributes of the wine, to help the winemaker define the character of the wine he wants to achieve by finding the balance between the tactile and aromatic sensations since it allows to select the attributes to be enhanced to achieve the desired balance, recommending the necessary products to achieve it. The most novel feature of this section is that it allows you to save a history of the maps obtained for each wine for future reference.
- Products for wine fining: precision in wine fining is essential to guarantee the character of the wine that defines each winery, and the complexity lies in finding the balance between tactile and aromatic sensations.
