The petite wine & food pairing will be hosted in the Winegarden with vineyard views.
Stonewall, Texas – August 21, 2023 – Kuhlman Cellars today announces the new Petite Pairing experience: a wine and food tasting featuring four wines and four bites served in the Winegarden with views of the Estate vineyard. The new pairing is a casual, go-at-your-own-pace culinary adventure showcasing Kuhlman’s exceptional wines and cuisine, while providing ample time for guests to relax and enjoy their escape to the Estate. The pairing menu rotates seasonally and will feature Kuhlman’s famous herbed almonds, two chef-prepared bites, and a Kuhlman Cellars signature Bistro bite expertly paired with a selection of wines.
The debut Petite Pairing menu includes:
- Honeydew melon topped with blue cheese cream, basil oil and crispy prosciutto paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2021 Estate White
- Silver Dollar bacon pancake with maple-infused whipped cream topped with crumbled pecans paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2022 Hensell Rosé
- Kuhlman Cellars’ signature Herbed Almonds paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2019 Alluvé
- Smoked duck on a crispy corn round topped with roasted corn and blackberry salsa paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2022 Estate Carignan
