Founded in 2019, Women in Wine Oregon amplifies female voices and promotes female leadership in the wine and beverage business. While the organization was born in Oregon, the annual Women in Wine conference draws a national audience and a roster of speakers and panelists from a wide range of industries.

The 2023 Women in Wine Conference, themed “ReConnect,” will provide attendees with valuable insights from leading female wine professionals, career and life coaches, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry trailblazers. Guided by the principles of recalibration, reevaluation, reshaping, redefinition, and reimagination, among others, the conference aims to inspire and empower participants on their personal and professional journeys. The schedule includes a dynamic speaker lineup, as well as facilitated roundtables: womeninwineoregon.com/sessions.

“In looking at conference feedback from 2022, we saw that our members and guests wanted more engagement, more time to connect,” said Stacey Gibson, 2023 President of Women in Wine and partner at Parallel Food & Drink. “We took that to heart this year and added roundtable sessions—an opportunity to connect with people from across the state.”

While many events have moved away from virtual, Women in Wine leadership felt it was important to keep in 2023: “Offering the livestream event ensures that our members and guests have equitable resources and access to information,” said Women in Wine Operations Manager Ashley Bradfield. “It’s an accessible medium and one that speaks directly to our mission of inclusion.”
