Lodi Farm Safety Day

March 7th, 2023 marks the 30th year we will host LODI FARM SAFETY DAY at the Grape Festival Grounds. The Lodi Chamber Agribusiness Committee partners with AgSafe to provide this professional program that provides mandatory pesticide safety and heat and illness training for farm workers on whom we depend daily. Participants will gain valuable safety training which is recognized by the San Joaquin County Ag Commissioner’s Office, and you as an employer, are assured your workers are receiving their required annual training. The full day of classes are available in both English and Spanish.

Agenda:

Spanish Session Topics: 8am -12:15pm (4 hours with a 15 min break)
7:00am – 8:00am: Sign-in
8:00am – 12:15pm: WPS Fieldworker Training & WPS Handler Topics
12:15pm – 1:00pm: Lunch (provided)
**Continuing education hours for DPR, 4 hours for Laws and Regulations pending upon approval.**

English Session Topics (8-2:00 PM) – (5 hours with a 15 min break and 45 min lunch)
