December 27th – LearnAboutWine, creator of industry leading wine tasting experiences returns in 2023 and invites you to join The Cabernet Dinner at the iconic JAR restaurant. Taste over $10,000 worth of highly praised California Cabernets paired with a multi-course JAR dinner by the legendary Chef Suzanne Tracht.
All 20 wines will be poured blind. We will then vote on our favorites and the wines will be revealed. Fast, fun, and amazing! Learn about the future of Cabernet, lean into the past, and see what the smaller top producers are doing to this amazing industry. My passion redirected my career from restaurants/hotels to vineyards and wine-education. Now with over 25-years of experience hosting events; leading trips around the wine world; I published a wine book; produced my own wine called Beekeeper Cellars and sat for the difficult Master of Wine Exam!
