CEO Ryan Klobas Wins North Bay Business Journal’s Non-Profit Leadership Award

Recipient for 2nd Consecutive Year

6 December – Napa, CA—Napa County Farm Bureau CEO Ryan Klobas was today named winner of the 2021 North Bay Business Journal’s Non-Profit Leadership Award for the second consecutive year.

The North Bay Business Journal undertakes a community nomination process and awards the individual based on community leadership and non-profit leadership citing major achievements accomplished throughout the year. 

“We are extremely proud of Ryan and the leadership he provides not only to our organization, but to the entire Napa Valley community. He has undertaken major initiatives this year that have made significant impacts on the Napa Valley ranging from wildfire insurance for Napa Valley’s ag businesses to major COVID-19 relief efforts for our community”, said Johnnie White, President of the Napa County Farm Bureau. “Ryan has led our organization to dramatic new heights and his successes this year have been amazing. He is a widely respected leader in our community who is certainly deserving of this recognition.”

It is a great indication that we’re on the right path for our members and our entire Napa Valley community”, said Ryan Klobas, Chief Executive Officer of the Napa County Farm Bureau. “As the great-grandson of a Croatian immigrant who came to the Napa Valley and paved a life for his family through agriculture and growing wine grapes, it’s an absolute honor to lead the largest agricultural organization in the Napa Valley and professionally represent so many Ag businesses and families in Napa Valley.”

Klobas will receive the award at the North Bay Business Journal’s awards ceremony on December 15.
