Folsom, CA—The Greater Folsom Partnership is excited to present the 2021 Foothill Wine Festival, to be held on Saturday, November 20, from 4pm until 7pm at The Palladio, Folsom’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment venue. Featuring over 50+ wineries from California’s Sierra Foothill Wine Region, attendees will be able to choose from 300 wines being poured while enjoying small bites and live music.
Most of the Sierra Foothill wineries are small family-owned businesses that want to engage a new, local fanbase, sharing their passion for the many varieties planted here. How about some Grenache Blanc, Carignane, Tempranillo or Barbera? Consumers can meet and chat directly with winemakers at this celebratory tasting, perhaps adding some new favorite wines to their holiday shopping lists.
Many of the featured wineries participated in a wine judging event earlier this year, called The Foothill Wine Competition, and the winners will be spotlighted at this event. Judges included media, sommeliers, and wine buyers from throughout California and Nevada. Come taste the new Gold from the Sierra Foothills.
Event sponsors include Revel and Signature Bank. General admission will include a commemorative tasting glass; small bites and free parking. Prepaid general admission tickets are $65 per person or $110 per couple. Tickets will be sold for $75 at the door (pending availability).
