Kuhlman Cellars to Offer Limited Time Vertical Tasting

The Alluvé tasting will be available from November 5 – December 11, 2021.

Stonewall, Texas – October 18, 2021 – Kuhlman Cellars today announces a new limited time vertical tasting featuring its signature wine, Alluvé. A vertical tasting is a wine tasting during which guests taste through different vintages of the same wine. During this tasting, guests will taste the 2015, 2016, 2017 and the not-yet-released 2018 Alluvé.  In addition, a special barrel sample of the 2020 Alluvé will be poured.  Kuhlman Cellars’ Herbed Almonds will be served throughout the tasting, as the signature almonds pair perfectly with the wine.

Alluvé, a red wine blend, has been Kuhlman Cellars’ most popular red wine from its inception. Although the blend of grapes changes with each harvest, the wine is incredibly consistent from year to year.

“Alluvé is our most popular wine and for good reason!” says Kuhlman Cellars Tasting Room Manager, Molly Richardson. “It is a beautifully balanced, complex red wine blend with medium body, lovely aromatics and nice fruit on the palette. It is an easy wine to love, while also offering nuanced layers to experience and explore over time.”

Kuhlman Cellars will offer its limited edition Alluvé Vertical tasting once each Friday and Saturday at 11:00 a.m. beginning November 5, 2021 through December 11, 2021. The tasting will cost $25 for non-members and $7.50 for Vina Vita Wine Club Members (up to 4 people total).
