San Diego, CA (February 3, 2025) SommCon, the leading conference for wine and spirits education, is making its highly anticipated return to the East Coast with the SommCon DC Summit, taking place June 2-3, 2025, in partnership with The SOMM Journal. This marks the first time since before the pandemic that SommCon has hosted an event in Washington, DC, offering beverage professionals an opportunity to engage with top-tier education, tastings, and networking in our nation’s capital.
Each day of the SommCon DC Summit will feature two wine tasting seminars and a wine paired lunch. Sessions offered on June 2 will differ from those offered on June 3 and attendees have the option to attend one or both days of the summit.
The East Coast expansion of SommCon is an extension of its flagship event, SommCon Conference & Beverage Expo, which takes place annually each fall in San Diego. The addition of the DC Summit provides greater accessibility for beverage professionals seeking the world-class education and industry networking that SommCon is known for.
