Eric Feldhake, Esq. Inducted as President of the American Wine Society

Scranton, PA – January 30, 2025 – The American Wine Society is pleased to announce the installation of Eric Feldhake, Esq. as its 2025-2026 President. Feldhake assumed the position on January 1st from outgoing president, William Stefan, following two years as the association’s vice president to which position he was elected in November 2022. He has also served as a Trustee for the American Wine Society Educational Foundation since 2017.

“A passion for wine education led me to join the American Wine Society in 2002 and ultimately to enroll in the Wine Judge Certification Program,” said Feldhake. “My experience meeting fellow wine enthusiasts at chapter meetings and the annual conference, as well as participating in wine competitions made me realize how much I can give back and help the association grow and succeed. This is an exciting time at the American Wine Society, and I look forward to serving and building on the success of those who have held this position before me.”

Mr. Feldhake is a retired Major in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the Army Reserves. Feldhake earned his J.D. at Temple University School of Law, where he was a senior editor of the Temple University International and Comparative Law Journal. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation and M.B.A. from Temple University.
