LAKE BLUFF, IL (July 18, 2023) – Established in 1947, fourth generation family owned and operated Terlato Wine Group (TWG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tommy Gaeta to the role of Vice President of Marketing and Direct-to-Consumer for Terlato’s Family Estates portfolio.
He will be responsible for leading all Brand Marketing and DTC efforts for Chimney Rock and Rutherford Hill in Napa, Sanford in Sta. Rita Hills and Klipsun in Red Mountain to sustain growth for the business and to elevate the consumer journey across all channels. In addition, he will lead, motivate and develop his teams.
Gaeta is a passionate leader and brand builder with over a decade of marketing and brand management experience in the adult beverage industry and brings a wealth of experience to his new role with Terlato Wine Group.
He began his career in revenue management at United Airlines Chicago before departing to attend UCLA. During that time, Gaeta earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management. He then spent the next 10 years with E&J Gallo honing his skills in brand management in a series of marketing positions across their luxury portfolio. Most recently Gaeta was Senior Director of Marketing and DTC at Miller Wine Company and Bien Nacido Estate.
