Tinte Cellars Launches Fifth Anniversary Wine

June 22nd – In celebration of its fifth anniversary, Tinte Cellars has released Inspired, a red wine blend sourced entirely from Washington State vineyards, and created #InspiredWithTinte – a community engagement campaign.

“We continue to be inspired by the quality of Washington State wines and their rightful place amongst the great wines of the world,” said Tim Gamble, co-owner of Tinte Cellars.

“We are equally inspired by all the nonprofits who selflessly care for the health and well-being of our global community,” said Teresa Spellman Gamble, co-owner of Tinte Cellars.

#Inspired with Tinte

Throughout the last five years, Tinte Cellars has shared how it has been inspired to support the community. Now, Tinte Cellars would like to hear the stories of others.

Tinte is launching #InspiredWithTinte – a campaign running through Labor Day that invites customers to purchase a bottle of Inspired and share what inspires them.

Here’s how it works:

Tinte Cellars Philanthropic Model

Every year since its inception, Tinte selects a few nonprofit organizations to receive a portion of all wine sales right off the top. Five percent of all retail sales and 10% of all wine club sales are split equally between the nonprofit organizations*. The wine club sales contribution is especially significant, as it represents the vast majority of Tinte’s sales (approximately 90%). In addition, Tinte Cellars supports more than 50 additional charitable organizations each year through cash donations, in-kind donations, and nonprofit events.

*The nonprofits receiving a portion of all wine sales in 2023 are Seattle Children’s Behavioral Health Crisis Care Clinic; Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic; Mary’s Place; and Northwest Harvest.

Below Mary’s Place, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe, inclusive shelter and services for women, children, and families, and Northwest Harvest, a food justice organization in Washington state, share what inspires them.

Mary’s Place’s inspiration:

We are inspired by our families who are working, raising families, and caring for loved ones while overcoming barriers to secure permanent housing. They are strong, brave, and resilient, and they inspire us to create a community where we all thrive.

Northwest Harvest’s inspiration:

We are inspired by Interconnectedness: The work of food justice is emboldened through togetherness. By inspiring individuals and organizations to work collaboratively, we move towards a more inclusive, sustainable, and fair food system that nourishes and uplifts everyone. Engaging with our community allows us to build lasting relationships with diverse groups who share common goals. We are all interconnected – fostering this sense of belonging helps pave the path for creating a nurturing future with equitable access to nutritious food for everyone.
