Stonewall, Texas – April 17, 2023 – Kuhlman Cellars today announces the spring Wine & Food Experience tasting menu. Known as one of the best tastings on the Texas Wine Trail, this exceptional 45-minute seated tasting includes a sample of five Kuhlman Cellars wines expertly paired with delicious seasonal, chef-prepared bites. The refreshing menu includes springtime favorites such as asparagus and turnips and the addition of a Kuhlman Bistro dessert to conclude the tasting.
The new Spring 2023 Wine and Food Experience menu includes:
- Roasted Asparagus, Smoked Lemon Aioli and a Wild Rice Crisp paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2021 Estate White
- Green Curry, Roasted Turnips, and Greek Yogurt on a Crispy Pita paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2021 Viognier
- Kuhlman Cellars’ signature Herbed Almonds paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2019 Barranca
- Tabbouleh Salad with Fresh Strawberries, Caramelized Fennel and Roasted Pork topped with a Strawberry Vinaigrette paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2019 EXP
- Kuhlman Bistro Bite: Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme paired with Kuhlman Cellars’ 2018 Astéries
