Tickets are $65 and will be released to the public on Monday, March 20. Guests can select between 11AM-1PM, 1-3PM, 3-5PM tasting windows. The ticket price includes a souvenir cup, passport to tastings, ten bites from five chefs and ten wine tasters from five wineries. A different lineup of chef talent will be featured each day. Limited tickets available with Portland shuttle service for $105, made possible by sponsor NW Wine Shuttle.

“Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders make up the fastest growing racial ethnic group in the United States: 25.6 million people in 2022, 8% of the population, according to Nielsen,” shares Oregon AAPI Food and Wine founder, Lois Cho. “Despite the rapid growth of this influential market segment, AAPI wine professionals are still one of a handful of professionals in the room which is why this event means

so much to my husband and me. We’re able to bring together James Beard Award nominated AAPI chefs with AAPI-owned wineries that are on the Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast Top 100 lists .”

Joining the event will be Ron Acierto, sommelier at Ōkta, who will be guiding wine pairings. Ōkta is a James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Restaurant.
