Los Angeles, CA, November 10, 2022 – Pali Wine Co. is excited to announce a significant addition to its leadership team: Oliver Goldsmith joins the winery and hospitality group as Director of Operations for its five tasting room outposts.
Goldsmith joins the Central Coast winery from HMS Host where he was the Senior Multi-Unit Director. In his recent role, he oversaw HMS Host’s branch at LAX where he successfully led global brands in their recruiting efforts, internal communications, and onboarding programs.
“I am excited to join Pali Wine Co., a leader in achieving the traditional winery and tasting room experience across neighborhoods in California,” commented Goldsmith. “My love of wine and affinity for hospitality intersects at Pali–where we promote wine education, make each guest feel comfortable, provide entertainment, and do it all over a glass of fine wine!”
Tim Perr, owner of Pali Wine Co., shared his enthusiasm, “We are delighted to have Oliver join Pali’s management team. His deep experience in hospitality and infectious work ethic are the perfect qualities for overseeing the operations of our growing array of outposts, wine bars and restaurants.”
Goldsmith previously held positions at Park Hospitality as the Director of Operations and Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ The Garland as the Director of Food and Beverage. In both positions, he ran technology, special events, and helped to expand their footprint.
Goldsmith has jumped into his new role at Pali and is bringing his broad expertise as he oversees Pali’s growing hospitality division.
About Pali Wine Co.
Pali Wine Co. is a family-run winery that highlights the diversity and nuanced qualities of the California Central Coast wine-growing area. Our deep love for the region propels our three unique brands–Pali, Tower 15, and Neighborhood–with three distinct winemaking focuses. The desire to share our wines inspires our passion to operate a growing number of neighborhood outposts dedicated to bringing California’s Central Coast vineyard and winemaking experience to local wine drinkers, to pursue retail partners with like-minded practices, and to create a community of loyal wine club members.
