November Free Six Day Trial Subscription Promotion
November 2nd – Napa, CA – The Wine Independent, founded in 2021 by Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW (formerly of The Wine Advocate) and Photographer Johan Berglund, has unveiled “TWI Summit” and will soon be launching a free trial promotional offer for November.
TWI Summits are intimate, exclusive, and unique experiences tailor-made for wine lovers. Far removed from the noise and bustle of traditional large-scale tasting events, they offer the opportunity to relax and enjoy excellent wines accompanied by delicious world-class cuisine in the company of winemakers, owners, and fellow connoisseurs in spectacular settings. It is a unique opportunity to meet and get to know the people behind the wines around a table, spend time and socialize. At these intimate gatherings, wine knowledge and appreciation will soar to new heights, taking participants to the pinnacle of what great wine can offer.
“Our desire is to offer truly memorable culinary, enological, and travel experiences to our subscribers. Now more than ever, people are looking for curated, soulful, unusual experiences, and we are poised to lead the charge in the wine space for this kind of customer engagement,” says Perrotti-Brown.
The first TWI Summit will be held in the Swiss Alps in March 2023. By day, participants can relax and enjoy the slopes, or the chalet’s private spa, hot tub, and pool. By night, TWI critic Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW hosts a series of five winemaker dinners. From Monday to Thursday, guests will dine in comfort in Chalet no 14, one of Verbier’s top luxury chalets, served by a team of highly experienced staff. Dinners will be created by two Michelin-starred chef Mats Vollmer, accompanied by a selection of rare unicorn French wines presented by their winemaker.
At the Alpine Summit Verbier, TWI will be joined by Jacques Thienpont (owner and winemaker at Le Pin), Frédéric Faye (winemaker at Figeac), Jean-Valmy Nicholas (owner of La Conseillante), and Pierre Graffeuille (winemaker at Montrose). On Friday evening, there will be an event at 67 Pall Mall Verbier, a private Members’ Club devoted to wine, located in the heart of Verbier village. At 67 Pall Mall Verbier, guests will be served a bespoke menu created by the Club’s kitchen accompanied by French wines presented by a unique winemaker.
And TWI announces great news for wine lovers who aren’t yet sure if they want to subscribe to the online publication. From November 3rd, 2022, TWI will offer a free-for-six-days trial subscription promotion. Wine consumers can test drive the TWI website and advanced search capabilities, including the ability to search for wines by alcohol level and body, at no cost for six days. To take advantage of the offer, customers simply need to subscribe for a Private subscription. During the six-day trial period, they can cancel their subscription at any time and will not be charged. This promotion will run until the end of November 2022.
