Larson Family Winery Hosts 5th Annual Canine Costume Contest

It’s scary how cute these dogs are!

October 24th – Join Larson Family Winery resident Wine Dogs and bring your pooch by for our annual Canine Costume Contest on Sunday, October 30th at noon.  It’s a perfect pre-Trick or Treat activity for the whole family!

Enjoy the “paw”some “paw”rade showcasing all the costumes on the dogs and sometimes their owners too! . First, Second, and Third Place Pups will all take home a prize provided by Larson Family Winery.

This year’s judging panel includes community members Andriana Duckworth, Executive Director for the Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Alliance, Deborah Emery, Pets Lifeline Board Member Sue Smith of Sue Smith Photography.   A portion of sales that day will go to benefit Pets Lifeline in Sonoma.  Pets Lifeline will also be bringing out their van with kittens that will be up for adoption, not at the event, but at their center.

Guests are encouraged to make a morning tasting reservation to enjoy all the creative and kooky costumes in the parade.

Contest is free to enter, and entry forms are now available and, on our website, https://www.larsonfamilywinery.com/canine-costume-contest/
