Trim Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay Debuts New Label

Nutrition Information and Ingredient List Featured on Entry-Level Wines by Ray Signorello Brand Showcases ‘Winemaking Not Winefaking’

(Napa, Calif.)— June 27, 2022——Ray Signorello Jr., founder and proprietor of the Wines by Ray Signorello portfolio, today announced the introduction of new labels for the entry-level TRIM Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay-focused brand. The new labels debut with the 2020 TRIM Cabernet and the 2021 Chardonnay bottlings and highlight nutrition information and an ingredient list on the back labels. Both wines will be released late-June 2022 and are priced at $12.99 a bottle.

Ray Signorello and Winemaker Priyanka French believe that focus, discipline, and authenticity yield exceptional wine, no matter the price. Since TRIM’s first vintage in 2009, the brand has focused 100% on producing a single Cabernet Sauvignon and a single Chardonnay. The wines have always been made with no added sugar or other additives. By trimming down the offering to two focused wines, French maximizes her winemaking priorities to create the best wine possible with the same strict winemaking standards as the other wines in the Wines by Ray Signorello portfolio.

“Priyanka and I believe in winemaking, not winefaking, and we are transparent about this, going as far as to proudly put a list of everything in our bottle on our label,” commented Ray Signorello. “There’s been a significant emphasis in the food industry on nutritional labeling, as consumers are increasingly conscious of what they put in their bodies. We aim to pioneer something new for wines at this price point and hope more wineries will also increase their transparency.”

TRIM Cabernet and Chardonnay are sold throughout the United States, Canada, Japan and England, Korea, Denmark, and China, as well as online at TRIM Wines.
