Branded Notifications and Tracking Pages Help Wineries Enhance the Post Purchase Customer Experience

Timely branded notifications may be sent over email, SMS, Facebook and Whatsapp. Wineries may also access drag and drop editing tools to customize notifications that have been shown to have a very high consumer engagement rate of 57% open rate/21% click rate. The enhanced logistical transparency and automated, on-time notifications have been shown to reduce missed deliveries and returns—an effect that is expected to be even more significant with wine deliveries due to the added adult signature delivery requirement. 

The premium tracking capabilities further allow wineries to engage with their consumers directly through a personalized  experience of branded tracking pages with custom domain, configurable marketing assets, expected delivery date, an order lookup widget and an opportunity for customers to rate the delivery experience. Available  across web, mobile and other channels. Finally, the underlying event-driven technology is also available via the Wineshipping open API providing a single point of integration for all events, which supercharges existing solutions by adding detail and eliminating delays while simultaneously simplifying integration and IT maintenance costs.
