LODI, Calif., Jan. 24, 2022 – Two growing California wine brands – Provenance Vineyards and Hook Or Crook Cellars – have together signed a national distribution agreement with Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), beginning Feb. 1, 2022, for 27 markets. Several other states are expected to be folded into this distribution agreement in the first half of the year.
“Partnering with RNDC fuels the growth of our portfolio and allows us to aggressively expand accessibility of our wines for consumers across the country,” said Allen Lombardi, owner and president of Provenance Vineyards and Hook Or Crook Cellars.
Provenance Vineyards has 22 years of history, discovering Napa Valley vineyards of unique “provenance” – or origin – to showcase the character of the fruit. The Lombardi family acquired Provenance Vineyards in November 2021 to infuse the brand with energy and investment.
Also owned by the Lombardi family, Hook Or Crook Cellars is a value wine brand known for its highly-rated and appellated wine under $12/bottle.
Beginning in February 2022, both brands will be distributed by RNDC in these states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho (through Hayden), Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana (through Hayden), Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Washington, D.C., and Wyoming.
RNDC in Georgia will distribute Hook Or Crook Cellars. RNDC in Illinois will begin distribution of Provenance Vineyards on Feb. 1, 2022, and Hook Or Crook Cellars starting April 1, 2022, (both through Heritage).
By the end of the 2022, both Provenance Vineyards and Hook Or Crook Cellars wines are expected to be available in all U.S. markets, as well as half a dozen international markets.
