(October 19, 2021) — Wine and spirits négociant, 3 Badge Beverage Corporation, today announced two new additions to their team with Maria Lombardi Siler joining as the Central Regional Manager for Enology Sales and Emanuel Merciel as 3 Badge’s Procurement & Production Manager, overseeing wine, spirits and beer production.

Newly appointed Central Regional Manager Maria Lombardi Siler brings a great deal of wine sales experience to her role. Most recently the Vice President North Central for Weed Cellars and Central Division Manager for Taub Family Selections before that, Lombardi Siler has a proven track record of selling premium wines to the Midwest market. Based in the greater Chicago, Illinois area, Lombardi Siler will oversee the company’s enology sales for the central region. Lombardi Siler has a demonstrated history in wine sales management as a Partner in International Wine Brands as well as a Regional Sales Manager role at Wilson Daniels.
Procurement & Production Manager Emanuel Merciel brings excellent management experience to his new role. Most recently General Manager Premium for Best Buy’s corporate office in San Francisco, Merciel has prior experience developing top talent, inspiring people, and building scalable operations. His expertise in strategy execution, new launches, and navigating complex technical environments makes him a perfect fit for developing 3 Badge brands. Based in Sonoma, CA, Merciel’s initial emphasis will focus on international procurement in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Merciel has held previous roles as Chief Operating Officer for Weebee Universe, as Director at FranklinCovey Mexico, and as Executive Director at ADEN Business School in Argentina. Merciel holds an MBA from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and two Business certificates from The Wharton School.
