The V Foundation Wine Celebration Offers the Inaugural Dinner with the Docs

Unique Opportunity to Interact with the World’s Top Oncology Experts

Special Post Dinner Performance by Multi-Platinum Recording Artist Andy Grammer

June 14, 2021, Napa, CA – The V Foundation Wine Celebration has announced the inaugural Dinner with the Docs event as part of the 2021 wine celebration weekend, offering guests an opportunity to dine and interact with the world-class oncology experts of the V Foundation Scientific Advisory Committee.

Hosted by Far Niente proprietress Beth Nickel, ESPN “SportsCenter” Anchor Sage Steele, and Tony Award winner Christian Hoff, the 2021 Dinner with the Docs will be held on Thursday, August 5th at Far Niente Winery, one of the Napa Valley’s most exclusive and beautiful vineyard estates. Guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner designed and prepared by Master Chef of America Lucas Schoemaker and executive chef Josip Martinovic, paired with a special selection of Far Niente wines. After the dinner, guests will be transported to the after party at Alpha Omega Winery, featuring premium wines paired with music by DJ Lucien White and The Michael Tiernan Duo, followed by a private concert by multi-platinum singer songwriter Andy Grammer.

Grammer is no stranger to the V Foundation. ESPN’s Emmy-award winning “One” Creative Campaign was born from the first line of Jim Valvano’s “One last thing…” speech. These three words led to a lasting call to action and Andy Grammer echoes that call with his hit “Don’t Give Up On Me,” which is featured in the “One” campaign.

Tickets to the Dinner with the Docs and the after party featuring the private concert performance by Andy Grammer are extremely limited at $500/pp and can be purchased at www.winecelebration.org/registration.

The V Foundation Wine Celebration, one of the top-rated charitable events in the country, has helped to fund numerous research programs at medical research institutions across the country. Each year it attracts attendees to the Napa Valley from all over to the country for a gala weekend of events and activities with a serious underlying purpose – advancing the foundation’s efforts to support significant cancer research
