Wine Marketing and Sales Brand Builder Will Lead Company Into Next Chapter
Dundee, Oregon, June 2, 2021 – Sarah Pearson has been named Chief Executive Officer of Dobbes Family Estate and Wine by Joe. Dobbes Family Estates and Wine by Joe are two leading wine brands located in the heart of Dundee, Oregon. Founded in 2002, originally as a small family winery created to produce the highest quality, true expression of Oregon varietals, they have evolved into a company of dedicated team members, guided by innovative leadership and inventive craftspeople.

Most recently, Pearson served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at the company, where she led marketing and sales efforts in all channels of the Dobbes Family Estate and Wine by Joe business including direct to consumer, domestic wholesale and export sales and marketing. Prior to her move to Oregon in 2018, she was Marketing Director at 3 Badge Beverage in Sonoma where she oversaw marketing for the beer, wine and spirits divisions. Earlier, she served as Director of Marketing at Hess Family Wine Estates in Napa where she led the direct to consumer and brand marketing efforts for seven domestic and international brands. In addition, she held key marketing positions with Constellation Brands, Freixenet USA and Treasury Wine Estates leading cross-functional teams in consumer and brand marketing efforts, including the development of new products, the revitalization of existing brands with new packaging and focused channel marketing efforts.
