Elevated experience features sit down – customizable wine flights, new Bogle Wine Shop
April 26th – Clarksburg, Calif. – Beginning May 1, Bogle Family Vineyards will reopen with a reservation only, guided wine tasting experience for guests visiting the Home Ranch in Clarksburg. In addition, Bogle Family Vineyards is excited to announce the grand opening of its new wine shop featuring its entire range of wine brands, winery apparel and regionally-sourced food.
“After hearing from many of our visitors and wine club members regarding their concerns about noise and crowd sizes, we took the past year to reevaluate the experience at our Home Ranch,” said Jody Bogle. “With our reopening on May 1st, we are thrilled to be able to offer a more intimate tasting experience that will better serve the needs of our guests.”
The one and a half hour, guided tasting offers guests the chance to create their own flight from Bogle’s entire list of available offerings. Tastings will be available for up to six guests 11am – 5pm, Thursday through Sunday. Reservations can be made through boglewinery.com or by calling 916-744-1092.
For guests seeking to picnic on the grounds, Bogle has created a special area where guests may reserve a table (available Thursday through Sunday.) Visitors will be able to bring their own picnic lunch, and Bogle will provide the rest: guests’ choice of two bottles from Bogle’s traditional wine list (or one reserve/limited release), six take-away glasses, a corkscrew, and a tote bag to take home. This two-and-a-half-hour reservation costs $100 for up to six guests.
The new Bogle Wine Shop, located in what was previously the downstairs tasting room, is open 10am – 5pm daily. Guests will be able to purchase wine, browse regionally sourced food and crafts, peruse the newest Bogle apparel, and pick up any wine orders or wine club shipments.
