Clarksburg, Calif. – Bogle Vineyards and Winery has announced the hiring of three wine industry veterans and has added duties to its national accounts director as the family-owned and operated company continues to expand its nationwide sales team.
The newest hires are Matt Mitchell, East/Southeastern Sales Director, Heather Peterson, Northeast/Midwest Sales Director, and Robin Parranto, Key Accounts Manager-Central Region. Current Bogle Director of National Accounts, James Eichel, adds the duties and title of Director of Sales-West.
“With a growing portfolio of brands and an expanding footprint in markets across the country, the time was right to reshape our sales team,” said Dan Ewer, Vice President of Sales. “We feel confident that this group will bring great enthusiasm and effort to sales of our Bogle portfolio, including Phantom, Juggernaut and the traditional Bogle line.”
Mitchell has been hired to fill the newly created position of East/Southeastern Sales Director. Most recently, Matt was Division Vice President for Jackson Family Wines where he spent 14 years managing the Crown Division. In his new role, Matt will manage sales of the Bogle brands in 14 states, including Florida and Texas, as well as oversee national on-premise accounts.
Peterson joins the Bogle team as Northeast/Midwest Sales Director. Also previously with Jackson Family Wines, Heather covered ten states in the Northeast as Division Vice President. In this newly created role, Heather takes on responsibility for a large territory ranging from New York and New Jersey in the East to Illinois, Ohio and the upper Midwest.
Parranto fills the role of Key Accounts Manager-Central Region. Prior to joining Bogle, Robin worked at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and Diageo in various roles, throughout the Eastern and Central United States. In her new position, Robin will support and grow Bogle’s chain business throughout the Midwest.
Eichel, Bogle’s Director of National Accounts takes on the role of Director of Sales-West to his duties. With 12 years of experience at Bogle, James adds management of the western region states, while continuing to manage Bogle’s nationwide chain business.

Bogle Vineyards and Winery is located in Clarksburg, California, and is run by the sixth generation of Bogles to live and work in the Sacramento Delta region. Bogle was tabbed as Wine Enthusiast’s 2019 American Winery of the Year and was presented with the Green Medal Leader Award in 2018 for its sustainability efforts in the winery and vineyards.
