Based in the Central Coast of California and founded by Mark Newman, CEO of Accolade Brands, SteakHouse Vineyards™ wines are all focused on food & wine pairing made easy.
SteakHouse Vineyards™ is the only wine brand that tells the consumer how to pair their meal choices with a correct wine.
The first release is called Rib Eye Red™ 2018, a Cabernet Sauvignon blend from estate fruit in Paso Robles. Although the wine is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, we made an unconventional blend to match the flavors of a perfect Rib Eye Steak. Production 10,000 cases. The fruit was sourced from vineyard owner Brad Streelman, whose Cabernet is known for fresh plum and blackberry notes.
The second release is named Filet Noir™ 2019, from the Santa Lucia Highlands. This Pinot Noir is a blend from four clones, 667,777, 115 & Pommard. Filet Noir is designed to partner with Filet Mignon. According to winemaker Mark Newman “Filet Mignon has the most elegance and finesse of all steaks. And, our Filet Noir has the same elegance & finesse”. Production 8,000 cases.
Both wines have been released and the National SRP is $22.00.
The brand is debuting statewide in the following states:
Missouri – Major Brands. Georgia – Savannah Distributing. Florida & New York – LibDib.com. California will be direct sales through Accolade Brands as well as LibDib.com.
