Grand Prairie, Texas, February 18, 2020 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), a world-class distributor of fine wine and spirits in North America, announces several leadership appointments for its newly integrated operating model with Young’s Market Company. RNDC became the operating partner for Young’s upon completion of the deal.
This leadership team will play a crucial role in supporting RNDC’s rapidly increasing growth and the continuance of its unrivaled culture, overseeing all RNDC and Young’s workers across America.
Leading the Legal Team and reporting to Tom Cole, President and Chief Executive Officer, will be Corporate General Counsel and Executive Vice President Alan Rosenberg. Also reporting to Tom Cole is Richard Davis, who will assume a new leadership role at RNDC as the Corporate Executive Vice President, Governmental Affairs. In this important role, Davis will represent RNDC in government affairs and regulatory matters.
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Nick Mehall now serves an expanded role, leading both the Finance and IT teams. Mehall’s leadership team consists of Tammy Curtis, Corporate Controller and Executive Vice President, Dennis Bashuk, newly appointed Corporate Treasurer and Executive Vice President, and Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President Darrell Riekena.
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Bob Hendrickson has expanded the roles of key members of his team. Leading Corporate Operations is Steve Feldman, Corporate Executive Vice President, Operations. Leading all Human Resources is Lorraine Luke, Corporate Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
Ensuring best-in-class service to customers and suppliers, Hendrickson has expanded the responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Team leaders: Greg Bowdish, serves as Corporate Executive Vice President for National Accounts and Category Services; Scott Lammert is the Corporate Executive Vice President for Supplier Business Development (Spirits); Russell Motz operates as the Corporate Executive Vice President for Supplier Business Development (Wine); and Jay Finnigan is Senior Vice President for Shared Sales Services. Also reporting to Hendrickson is Tom White, Corporate Executive Vice President, Strategy and Integration.
Rounding out Hendrickson’s RNDC Executive Sales Team are the Region Presidents, including Taylor Sommer, Central Region; Don Emig, Plains States Region; Joe Gigliotti, Control States; and Mark Moser, East Region. Region President Jay Johnson continues to lead Young’s Market Company.
