VANCOUVER, BC – January 30, 2020 – On February 5th, Quini® (www.quiniwine.com), the leading wine sensory data and analytics company, will unveil a new added dimension to its QUINI DATA™ platform at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium, the largest annual wine and grape industry conference in the U.S.
Quini will unveil the wine industry’s first integrated near real-time sensory data and sales analytics platform, combining Quini’s proprietary wine consumer sensory and attitudinal data available on-demand, and national sales measurement data from Nielsen, leveraged through membership in the Nielsen Connect Partner Network.
“I am excited to unveil our integrated consumer sensory and sales analytics platform, and about what this means for our customers,” said Roger Noujeim, Quini’s CEO. “Clients can now quickly and seamlessly access actionable consumer sensory and Nielsen sales measurement data analytics, on the QUINI DATA™ platform. This gives the wine executive a more comprehensive view to answer critical strategic questions and rapidly respond to opportunities with even greater precision and impact.”
The integrated system allows wine producers, for the first time ever, to analyze consumer sensory feedback, products, markets and sales, conveniently within a unified and seamless Quini platform environment. This will help them dynamically identify new market opportunities and quickly make more informed decisions in a rapidly changing North American wine market where segmentation and speed to market are critical factors in achieving business success.
“The new speed of business that the combined Quini and Nielsen environment enables is an edge that allows wine producers and the industry as a whole to compete more effectively,” said Noujeim. “We’re enabling producers to make more informed decisions and take action way ahead of competitors. The impact on how they adjust course or develop new offerings can be profound.”
The Nielsen Connect Partner Network is the industry’s largest open ecosystem of tech-driven solution providers for retailers and manufacturers in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Since launching in 2016, this ecosystem has been instrumental in driving business value for more than 150 unique Nielsen clients by simplifying industry collaboration, providing more relevant and accurate results from partners that better align to the way clients measure their business.
Quini’s team will showcase the power of the newly integrated analytics platform via their sponsorship of the regional wine tasting at UNIFIED 2020 on Wednesday February 5th, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM in the Pavillion.
Quini’s wine tasting and rating application will also be offered at the regional wine tasting pouring stations during the conference, as the main event wine tasting and rating app. Conference attendees will be able to rate the wines poured at the event, on their smartphones, to create memorable, detailed tasting notes, more quickly and conveniently.
