The Sorting Table Returns to Barolo

NAPA, California, January 22, 2020 – The Sorting Table, LLC, the Napa-based importer of choice for unparalleled family-owned wines from across the globe, is pleased to share new acquisitions to its portfolio of boutique growers.

Effective immediately, the Sorting Table announces exclusive U.S. import rights to the wines of Marrone, an estate producing elegant yet structured Baroli from La Morra. Their nineteen hectares are carefully tended by hand without herbicides or pesticides and they use only organic fertilizers.

The Sorting Table will offer Marrone’s DOCG Barolo, Barolo Bussia, Barolo Pichemej (“more than better” in the local Piedmontese dialect), and Langhe Arneis Tre Fie, named for the three daughters who run the estate, and a first for this variety as part of The Sorting Table lineup of wines.

Winemaker and proprietors Valentina and Serena Marrone will travel regularly to the U.S. in support of their business.

The Marrone wines will be available across the U.S. beginning in early February. For more information, please visit  http://www.thesortingtable.com/grower/agricola-marrone/
