New York, USA (August 27, 2019) – Nyetimber, the leading English sparkling wine producer, announced today that it has named the award-winning New York-based agency Magrino as its new agency of record with an emphasis on public relations strategy and brand advocacy in the U.S. market. Nyetimber has been producing sparkling wines in the south of England from 100% estate grown grapes for more than 30 years.
Nyetimber, which first planted vines in 1988 and released its first wine in 1996, has established a portfolio of world-renowned sparkling wines including Classic Cuvee, Demi-Sec, Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, and Tillington Single Vineyard wines. Nyetimber’s Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs, who was awarded Sparkling Winemaker of the Year at the 2018 International Wine Challenge – the first person outside of the Champagne region and the first woman to win, embraces a traditional winemaking philosophy and is fully committed to producing wines of exceptional quality – a true benchmark for the region.
